How much does it cost?
The fees vary by unit but here at Nautilus we try to keep it as affordable as possible. The first year, because of uniform fees will run just under $500. That's for the entire YEAR! One community summer camp these days can cost that or more by itself. After the first year we charge an annual registration fee of $165. We also charge $25/monthly drill for meals at the base chow hall. They get 4 meals during their weekend drill.
Did you know that if you refer 3 cadets that join the program you receive a financial incentive that can be used for annual dues or a free training camp?
What are advanced trainings?
Advanced trainings are specialized camps held in the summer and winter during breaks from school. Each specializes in a particular field such as aviation, stem, culinary, photojournalism, field operations, maritime studies, security forces, emergency management and much, much more.
Your cadet will be immersed in that world for a week or more depending on the camp. We here at the Sea Cadets can promise you it will be an experience like no other!
